We collect the following information to deliver your optimization package:

From you directly:

  • Business name and city
  • Google Maps listing URL
  • Email address
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

Through our audit process:

  • Publicly available Google Business Profile data including business name, address, phone number, website, rating, review count, hours, categories, photos count, posts activity, Q&A presence, and business description
  • This data is collected via automated analysis of your public Google Business Profile

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected solely to:

  • Audit your Google Business Profile
  • Generate your optimization package content
  • Deliver your report by email
  • Contact you about your order if needed
  • Maintain internal records for compliance

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purposes.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

We share limited data only with these third-party services required to deliver your optimization package:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
  • Anthropic Claude API — AI-assisted content generation. Business profile data is processed to generate your written description, GBP posts, and other content. Anthropic's API does not train on API data by default.
  • Google Maps — we access your publicly available Google Business Profile data as part of the audit process.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no digital system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to:

  • Deliver your optimization package
  • Maintain purchase records
  • Meet legal or compliance requirements

Audit data is stored locally and not shared beyond the third parties listed in Section 3. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@surgefound.com.

6. Third-Party Links

Our service may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
