TERMS OF SERVICE — SURGEFOUND

1. Nature of Service (Important Disclaimer)

Surgefound provides Google Business Profile audit reports and AI-assisted optimization content for trades contractors — specifically HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing businesses.

We offer two service tiers:

Tier 1 — Audit and Content Package ($97):

We audit your Google Business Profile, score it against 20+ ranking factors, and deliver a complete optimization package including a written business description, photo shot list, three ready-to-publish GBP posts, competitor gap analysis, and step-by-step fix instructions. You implement the changes yourself.

Tier 2 — Done For You ($247):

Everything in Tier 1, plus we implement every fix directly in your Google Business Profile using manager access you grant us. We upload photos, publish posts, update your profile, and deliver a before/after Loom video.

Content included in your package is AI-assisted and reviewed for accuracy. Results may vary depending on your market and local competition. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payment is collected at the time of purchase via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Tier 1 packages are delivered by email within 48 hours of payment and intake form submission.

Tier 2 implementation is completed within 72 hours of receiving manager access to your Google Business Profile. Manager access will be requested after payment and must be granted by you before work begins.

Delivery timelines begin from the later of: payment confirmation or intake form submission.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are provided only for:

• Duplicate charges
• Accidental processing errors

We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction or subjective interpretation of the report.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You have the right to submit the Google Business Profile URL provided
• For Tier 2 services, you have the authority to grant manager access to your Google Business Profile
• You understand the optimization package includes AI-assisted content that you should review before publishing
• You will not submit Google Business Profile URLs for businesses you do not own or manage

We do not verify ownership of submitted Google Business Profile URLs.

6. Service Limitations

Our audit and optimization packages:

• Reflect your profile conditions at the time of the audit
• May not reflect future changes to Google's ranking algorithm or Maps interface
• Do not guarantee specific ranking positions or call volume increases
• Do not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice

AI-generated content included in your package is produced using Claude API by Anthropic. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing to your Google Business Profile.

7. Intellectual Property

The Surgefound audit methodology, scoring system, and report format are proprietary to Surgefound.

Content generated specifically for your business — including your written business description, GBP posts, photo shot list, and fix instructions — is licensed to you for unlimited use in your own Google Business Profile and related business materials.

You may not resell or redistribute Surgefound audit reports or methodology.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surgefound is not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on your interpretation of the report.

This includes financial losses, business outcomes, reputational harm, or technical impacts.

9. Modifications

We may update the service or these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate.
